Terms and Conditions

You will be required to provide certain Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as name, address, email address, credit card information, and other similar information that is needed to process your order.  Please see our privacy policy in regards to your PII.

Orders will not be shipped until cleared payment has been received.

Cancellations of orders will be accepted at any time before your order is shipped for a full refund.

Refunds may be made in the form of credit back to your payment method, account credit, or a business check mailed to you.  At the purchaser’s request, the form of refund may be discussed at the time of cancellation.  Superior Scenics LLC will make an effort to honor the form of refund requested, but reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the form of refund.

Superior Scenics LLC strives to provide you with a high quality product.  Upon receiving your order, and you are not satisfied or it was damaged in shipping, please contact Superior Scenics LLC immediately.  (See contact information)  The purchaser must contact Superior Scenics LLC within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date you receive your shipment.  If Superior Scenics LLC is not contacted within the specified time period, the sale will be considered closed and final.

Superior Scenics LLC will work with you to satisfy your concerns.  The product must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Upon the products return, Superior Scenics LLC may refund the purchase price of the product excluding any shipping and handling fees .  Return shipping costs for the product is the responsibility of the customer.   Return shipping on products valued at $40.00 and up, require shipping insurance, paid for by the customer.
